Patent, Tubeless tires

Patent, Tubeless tires
Many patents had been filed covering tubeless tires. Killen Tire applied for a patent in 1928 and was granted GB patent 329955 in the UK in 1930. The Wingfoot Corporation, a subsidiary of Goodyear Tire were granted a patent in South Africa in 1944. Due to technical problems, most of these designs only saw limited production or were abandoned.
Tubeless tires are pneumatic tires that do not require a separate inner tube. Unlike traditional pneumatic tires which use a separate inner tube, tubeless tires have continuous ribs molded integrally into the bead of the tire so that they are forced by the pressure of the air inside the tire to seal with the flanges of the metal rim of the wheel.
BF Goodrich applied for a patent in 1946 and eventually received US patent 2587470 in 1952 in the United States. By 1955 tubeless tires became standard equipment on new cars. BF Goodrich had to defend their patent in court several times, due to the similarities of previous designs. The primary difference between the BF Goodrich design and their

What is a patent ..... Patent is granted exclusive rights to inventors for the invention in the field of technology, which for a given period invensinya implement their own or giveconsent to another party to implement
an invention is the inventor of ideas that is poured into a specific problem-solvingactivities in technology, can be either product or process, or improvement anddevelopment of the product or process.simple patent covering the object or purpose of a good tool or object, while the patentcan cover a wider invention is a process (activity) and products (tools, systems, composition). modest progress in the patent technology is simpler than the progress of technology in the patent. maximum simple patent protection is shorter than the maximumpatent protection. In some countries, a simple patent

protected for 10 years from the date of receipt while the patent is protected 20 years from the date of receipt. Simple patentcan not be requested a compulsory license (license to carry out a patent granted by a decision on the basis of the petition and certain expenses so that the other party may exercise those rights because the rights holder does not execute its right), while a patentmay be subject to compulsory licensing. Simple patent claims are limited to oneindependent claim, while the patent is not limited to the amount of his claim
